Pip was a massage therapist for the NZ Health Team and has worked at the Melbourne Commonwealth Games 2006 and the Beijing Olympics Games 2008. She combines 25 years of working and teaching in the fitness and massage professions with over 20 years as a massage therapist.
She is familiar with the movements and demands of different sports and will focus the massage on the areas that need the most work. Sports Massage is goal oriented and not a one-off session. It is a programme of massage designed specifically to meet the needs of an individual athlete.
The overall objective is help the athlete perform to their maximum potential and it can be incorporated at all different stages of training and competition (pre and post competition, recovery from training, injury rehabilitation)
